Sounds ideal for this application as a pliable filler to get rid of a rattle and tighten any tolerances while still allowing movement. It's was originally meant as suspension grease for bikes, but I used to use it in paintball and air gun applications all the time, it's a grease that will stay where you put it and not seep out and get all over the place. Use "Buzzy's Slick Honey" to get rid of the rattle. Located more than 800 feet above Las Vegas at The STRAT Hotel, Casino & Tower, the award-winning Top of the World offers a dining experience like no other. Some felt that fixed gave tighter groupings, but I guess it's because for some of them, their stroke is a lot more settled, and much straighter than most of us could achieve. However, what I notice is that many PROs/HL players who use spinners initially sometimes later use fixed shafts. It's mainly (not all) the PDC Pros that you see on TV that do not use spinners. Have a look at the hundreds or even thousands (if you include super league players) who do use Fit and L Style spinners. There are a LOT of PROs and high level players who use spinners around the world. I have many different types of spinners, and all I can say is that ALL spinners can get rattly, so I simply mod mine so they never do.
